After renovating the outside of our house, we engaged Archie Kenny at Seventh View Construction to renovate our main family bathroom. Archie and his team started promptly on time everyday. The boys always left the work area very tidy at the end of the working day. They were also very polite, considerate and accommodating and did everything they could to work in with out busy household.
Archie project managed the renovations, so it ran smoothly and kept the project on time and to our budget. With our difficult small bathroom, Archie was able to make recommendations so we could make the design work. Archie’s sub contractors were all experts in their own skillset and each person’s work was to a very high standard. We were so pleased with the main bathroom we decided to renovate out other two bathrooms.
Archie took this request in his stride and before long we had three new bathrooms. All our visitors comment on the excellent finished to the bathrooms and how posh they look.

One of my properties in Ponsonby required a deck replacement. It was completed in the specified time and the price came in just under the quote. They were courteous and worked diligently, our tenants were very impressed – as was I.
After the successful deck replacement, I then employed them again for a property in Mt Eden. Here they refurbished a carport, built a gazebo and repaired fences. I was very happy with the job.
Archie always maintained great communication with me and both jobs were done in a highly professional manner.
