The addition began by demolishing the existing shower room and bathroom and extending the floor area large enough to incorporate a modern new bathroom and laundry.


Externally, the existing roof cladding and roof framing were renewed over the existing spare bedroom.


The new laundry/ bathroom extension had a continuation of timber weather boards and a new timber window and door were installed.


The final task was to build a new set of external timber entry stairs very close to the boundary. Because of proximity to the boundary the stair and handrail set up was required to be fire rated with many stainless steel brackets required for structural integrity.


This project was completed for a well known interior designer and was finished in high end detail including fittings and fixtures which resulted in an excellent finished product….the pictures speak for themselves really
