THE SEVENTH VIEW STORY

Family-oriented, the first home Seventh View built was our own.

After 15+ years of building and project management experience Seventh View director Archie Kenny went out on his own to construct his family’s dream home.

Establishing a crew of qualified builders and apprentices, visitors impressed by the quality and productivity began requesting Seventh View for their own building projects. Since then word of mouth has been our best form of advertising.

Each project Seventh View takes on is approached with the same care and craftsmanship as if it were our own.

Our builders are all New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioners. Our apprentices
are all working toward their full certification. Seventh View Ltd are members of the
Certified Builders Association of New Zealand.

Seventh View offer full-service project management. We can guide you through the building process from plans right through t to Code of Compliance Certification and handover of the completed build.

The first step in any building project is to engage a suitably qualified architect or draughtsmen, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of client involvement. Seventh View have professional relationships with several architects and draftsmen who we can gladly put you in touch with.

Once plans have been drawn our expert quantity surveryer (QS) can begin to estimate cost of the project. Then, after the necessary contracts have been signed and council consents have been acquired, construction of your beautiful new space can begin!
Yes. For all works over $30,000 we provide a Halo 10 Year Guarantee, through the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand.
As long as you have an idea of what you want to do, Seventh View can organise and make the rest happen.
Yes, although we are Beachlands based, we are happy to travel to other parts of Auckland.
